Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. However, we want you to love your Glam Haus experience — if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopglamhausbeauty.com.
Eligible items may be returned or replaced within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged in transit.
